Rev. Gerald J. DeSobe, Ph.D.
A Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and United Methodist minister, Dr. DeSobe has more than 30 years experience of providing individual and marital counseling and psychological testing services to a wide variety of people, but with a particular emphasis on working with professional and business leaders as they and their families deal with issues that come with working in these high stress positions.
Dr. DeSobe was elected to Phi Beta Kappa at Drake University and holds graduate degrees from Yale University and Northwestern University. He is a past president of the the American Association of Pastoral Counselors and the National Advisory Board of the Samaritan Institute. A noted speaker, Dr. DeSobe has lead educational seminars on psychological issues for a wide variety of business and professional groups throughout the United States.
Sandra L. DeSobe, MA, LPC, LMFT
A seasoned marriage and family therapist, Ms. DeSobe enjoys working with adults who want to understand the impact of their family history, their current relationships and make informed decisions about their behavior today.
She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. She currently volunteers her expertise to Baylor St. Luke's Clinical Pastoral Education Professional Advisory Group.
Appointed by the govenor, Ms. DeSobe served on the Texas State Board of Examiners of Marriage and Family Therapists for 10 years, two of which she was the presiding officer.
